Because venue-hunting is such a specific, high-stakes decision, I offer a standalone Venue Finding service, no commitment to full planning required. Here's how it works:

1. Consultation – We talk through your vision, guest count, budget and how you want the day to feel.

2. Curated Shortlist – I put together a selection of venues that genuinely fit, with all the details you need.

3. Venue Visit Day – If you're able to come to Mallorca, we visit the top three or four together in person.

4. Decision Time  – You choose your venue and we finalise contracts. From there, you can:

   - Continue with me for full wedding planning* (the venue-finding fee is credited toward your full planning package) or

   - Take the venue and run with the rest yourselves, perhaps we`ll meet later for On-the-Day Coordination, or

   - If you're planning a small elopement, I can help you find the perfect intimate finca on its own.

Elopement & Micro Weddings 

If you're planning a smaller wedding and want a simple way forwards, I also offer a combined Ceremony Coordination service, where I act as both your celebrant and your planner. It's a lovely fit for elopements and intimate finca weddings.

How many guests can a finca wedding hold?

It varies enormously. Some intimate fincas suit elopements or gatherings of a dozen guests, while the grand estates can comfortably host several hundred with room for a live band, dancing, and late-night celebrations.

Do finca venues have restrictions on music or end times?

Spanish law requires music to be inside after midnight. Some venues require earlier and most have a party room so you can continue into the night. It depends on the property's location, proximity to neighbours, and local licensing. Generally, the more flexible venues allow later music curfews, while some of the most beautiful and historic fincas have stricter cut-off times. This is exactly the kind of detail I check for you before you fall in love with a venue.

Do I need to hire a full wedding planner to get help finding a venue?

No. My venue-finding service is completely standalone, you don't need to commit to full planning. I'll consult on your vision, shortlist suitable venues and organise a tour if you can visit Mallorca in person.

What if I decide to continue with full planning after the venue tour?

The fee for the venue-finding service is credited toward your full wedding planning package, so each step is an investment.

I'm planning a small elopement — can a planner still help?

Absolutely. I regularly help couples find intimate, characterful fincas for elopements and I also offer a combined celebrant-and-coordination service for smaller weddings, so I can handle your ceremony and logistics as one point of contact.

When is the best time of year to hold a finca wedding in Mallorca?

Spring (April–June) and early autumn (September–October) are the most popular, offering warm weather without the peak summer heat. That said, many fincas especially those with covered terraces or indoor spaces work beautifully year-round.

How far in advance should I book a finca venue?

Popular fincas, especially those with restrictions or limited exclusive-use dates, can book up 12–18 months in advance for peak season. If you have a specific date in mind, it's worth starting the venue search early.
